For the past 20 years the Principals of Daily
Brand Ventures, have worked closely with capital partners and
entrepreneurs alike in providing strategic, creative and other
consultative services to help start-ups and other early stage
companies live their mission statements, appropriately capitalize
and, in many cases, achieve exit strategies including roll-ups
and IPOs.
We help these growth-stage companies (which often begin as
clients of our Communications division) connect
with strategically aligned capital partners. With our strengths
in brand building, product/service development, alliance formation
and market analysis, we also incubate, actively advise and
personally invest in significant growth opportunities. Our
services include:
Business Development
Strategic Planning
Capital Structuring
Market Analysis
Joint Ventures
In the past five years alone, we’ve
been key players in helping raise over $75 million in venture
and private equity funding and cheered seven clients when
they went public or were bought by a major player. We also
pooled our own six-figure fund for small cap bridge
financing. Those are claims very few quote-unquote marketing
firms can make, and it’s
primarily because we’re serial entrepreneurs ourselves.
We know how to spot a real market opportunity, move fast,
stretch dollars, and create value in the near-term to capture
substantial rewards down the line.
We’re
now delivering these critical services to our high growth
clients by leveraging finely-tuned skills and closely held
long-term relationships, particularly those in the energy
sector, food and beverage industry, real estate development,
media/entertainment, and international trade (specifically
Southeast Asia). We also continue to diversify and strengthen
our Ventures division through the formation of new alliances,
including our alliances with capital partners including a FINRA
registered broker-dealer and investment banking firm,
enabling Daily client access to an extensive network of licensed
investment bankers representing additional conduits to capital
and sources for dealflow.
